The SWINCAR concept was born of architect/inventor Pascal Rambaud’s equal passions for mountain exploration, mechanical sports, and applied physics. Today’s Swincar e-Spider is the result of years of development, protype construction, testing, and patent-filing.
This concept of natural pendulum balance – ensuring that the nacelle body pod remains in the same plane as forces applied – opens endless possibilities and use cases, from civil and military applications to drone design, agriculture, outdoor recreation, and personal mobility. The e-Spider proves the concept but it’s just the start, and the Swincar team is constantly developing new applications.

The tandem allows drivers and passengers to share the Swincar experience.
SWINCAR has designed a two-seater e-Spider Tandem with a passenger seat installed behind the driver. In this way it takes full advantage of the pendulum design without any reduction in the cross-country abilities. 
The two-seater version of the SWINCAR electric buggy can take you on new adventures in the countryside.

This two-seater version incorporates all the main features of the SWINCAR e-Spider model plus the following equipment:
– Passenger seat
– Four 1500 W motors on wide wheel

The controls on the SWINCAR e-Spider are grouped around the steering wheel and SWINCAR has also developed a range of accessories to improve accessibility into the vehicle. 
These features will allow even more people to enjoy the sensations and freedom of an innovative and hi-tech cross-country vehicle.
The e-Spider Mobility model includes all the features of the SWINCAR e-Spider model plus the following options:
– The SWINCAR telescopic link allows the quick opening of the articulated legs at 90 °. This allows a wheelchair to be positioned closer and eases transfer into the driver’s seat. This telescopic link can be installed on the front and / or the back, on the right or left, singly or in pairs depending on the customer’s requirements.
– A reclining rally seat with good body support and comfort.
– A safety harness that helps the driver maintain their position in the seat.
Customers can select their preferred configuration.
The SWINCAR e-Spider adaptive version has the European (EU) road approval L6e-A which allows owners to register it and travel on all European roads.
